Service-oriented, not sales-driven Animal Hospital Case Study
Situation:
An animal hospital approached Secondwind for help treating an iron and odor problem. The hospital already had a treatment system in place to service the hospital and the owners home nearby on the property. Another water treatment provider installed the system and serviced it four times a year; however, it was not working effectively.
Goals:
The goal in this particular case was two-fold: evaluate the existing system to determine why it was not functioning properly and devise a cost-effective solution to solve the iron problem.
