Training For Commercial Water Customers
For over fifteen years, Secondwind Water Systems has worked with the team at GeoInsight. This is an environmental strategy and engineering firm with locations in New Hampshire, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. We work with Environmental Engineer, Andrea Kenter on gasoline or fuel release sites. She identifies and tests at the sites and then we work with her on treatment design, installation, and also offer ongoing service. We currently treat around 35 wells with GeoInsight. We are proud to offer education that helps them improve their service to clients.
Making Sampling Simpler

To support GeoInsight with their gasoline sites, we held a training for Andrea’s team at our headquarters in Manchester. Commercial Water Specialists Steve Guercia designed a training to make their site sampling simpler.
The goal of the training was to make the team feel comfortable at different sites with the variety of equipment they will encounter. This equipment is often times unlabeled. We offered a training on the basics of how point of entry treatment systems work and what they look like.
Most importantly, we reviewed photos of a number of the systems GeoInsight samples. This helps them identify systems both in and out of bypass, and also helps them identify the best sampling taps. This makes it easier for them to gather samples faster and correctly.
