Whenever I meet one of our customers I always ask “How’s your water?” And repeatedly customers respond, “We LOVE our water!” In fact, just today I received a THREE PAGE letter from a satisfied customer exclaiming how great their water is and how it’s changed their lives.
I ask myself, “How can it be that our customers love their water, and yet, people who haven’t improved their water are so blasé about the subject?” When I ask a prospect if they love their water, they respond, “People don’t love water. It just is!”
We open the tap and whatever comes out is our water. No big deal. But, of course we don’t drink it. And our clothes don’t seem to stay new very long. Perhaps we have dry skin or brittle hair. And then, how many times have we replaced the hot water heater? We have no idea that our water causes these problems.
We have learned, as consumers that whatever the water quality is, we should just live with it. If we have municipal water we figure there’s nothing we can do to change it. And if we have a well, how are we going to change that? Unless a customer has an absolutely horrible water problem, it never occurs to them that improving what they have is a possibility. What people don’t realize is that most of us have water that at best meets minimum standards for safety and usability.
Our customers who love their water have discovered that they can indeed improve it, and it makes a big difference by impacting the little things that waste time and money, and worrying!
As a company we are passionate about educating people about water quality and the positive impact it makes in day to day living. We have found that once a person understands how high quality water can change their life, they eagerly install the improvement equipment that will deliver the best water. For those that become our customers, they enjoy safe, pure, high quality water for drinking and cooking, and clean, soft, non-corrosive, odor free quality water for cleaning, extending the life of expensive appliances, protecting plumbing, preserving clothes and reducing the spending for home products that are designed to work with poor quality water.
