What do you do at Secondwind? I provide rapid response to all inquiries and concerns of our customers and work directly with our Water Specialists to solve our customers’ water problems. I visit customer sites whenever I can.
What’s your favorite part about working with Secondwind customers and the public? Helping people love their water. I love to hear from people when we fixed the water and all concerns are taken care of. Exceeding people’s expectations.
What have you learned while working at Secondwind? What haven’t I learned? I grew up here. I started out installing and quickly became an in-home water specialist. Working with problem water from hardness and iron to arsenic and uranium for approximately 15 years. Within the last five years I’ve transitioned into Sales & Service manager.
When not at Secondwind, what will we find you doing? Gardening, working on my home, playing with my Catahoula Leopard Dogs.
Tell us about your pets. We have 2 dogs & 2 cats and all are rescued. Our pups love walking in the woods and being idiots. The cats rule the house.
