When Secondwind President Christine Fletcher answered the phone, soon-to-be customer Crystal Gaff was on the other end with a water problem. She’s prompt, thorough and will explain things simply.”
About 6 months after purchasing her new home, Crystal began noticing that her water was starting to smell like rotten eggs from time to time. The problem became persistent, so she gave Peggy a call to come help discover the culprit. “It really was just a bump in the road, and Peggy was instrumental in helping us determine and then solve the problem. We had to put in an additional system to address the odor, but that wasn’t Secondwind’s fault,” said Crystal. “Sometimes water changes.”
