Technician took the time to explain how my entire system worked so I would finally understand. I’ve had several technicians come out, never had a bad experience, but the guy they sent yesterday actually seemed to care about his job deeply. I’m sure the fact that he takes the extra time frustrates the main office, but they should give this guy a raise. Forgot his name but he’s 6’3”. 😊

Greg was great! Very nice, professional, and knew his job. Left us easy to understand “homework “ to ensure all of our water resources are safe and clean. Highly recommend Greg and Second Wind Water!

Greg was very informative during our first yearly check of our RO water system and answered any questions I had. He was professional and went above and beyond. I've recommended this company to others, and will continue to do so!

I received a call telling me that the technician would late. Greatly appreciated that, I hate waiting. Greg was a little early, also fine. Everything worked out well and he gave some tips for in the future protecting the pipes. Very clear with directions.

The technician (Greg) let me know he was running ahead of schedule, which worked with my schedule even better than the originally scheduled time! He did the maintenance thoroughly and quickly and explained the post-sanitizing process very clearly.
