What do you do at Secondwind? I schedule customer service appointments, learn about their water equipment issues, and walk them through issues they’re having at their home. I try to be a calm and reassuring voice in determining their needs and then I schedule either a technician or water specialist to visit them to resolve the issues they are experiencing.
What’s your favorite part about working with Secondwind customers? Helping people, solving problems, and the competitive nature of the service hub in terms of really serving our customers’ needs.
What have you learned while working at Secondwind? I’ve learned a lot about water chemistry and equipment as well as how bad water can be. In fact I’m no different than a lot of people when it comes to their drinking water. I thought water was water until I started working here.

When not at Secondwind, what is your favorite thing to do? Spending time with my daughter Paige is my favorite thing to do. I also love baking cookies and bringing them into the office when everyone is not on a diet.
What song or artist makes you absolutely have to get up and dance every time you hear it? Suicide Blonde by INXS.
How are you surviving these frigid temperatures? The cold doesn’t bother me. In fact I want to open up a window!
What’s the one thing you are most proud of? Raising my daughter and the wonderful young woman she has become.
